Stage 2 of the Tour of Britain cycle race passed through Landkey at around 1:40pm on Monday 3rd September 2018. The first cyclists to appear in Blakeshill Road formed a peloton of 5 riders and, in the picture, these are (from the front), Matthew Teggart (Ireland), Alessandro Tonelli (Italy), Scott Davies (Wales), Cameron Meyer (Australia) and (partially hidden) Erick Rowsell (UK). Village Hall

If you are organising a non-commercial event in Landkey, you may advertise it free of charge on our Events Calendar?

Landkey Village Hall is popular with the many groups who regularly hold their events and activities here. It offers a large open wooden-floored room with kitchen facilities and toilets in adjoining rooms. Free parking is available in the car park located behind the Castle Inn, opposite the hall.
