Meetings are held in the Village Hall at 2.30pm on the second Tuesday of each month (except for August). Each meeting begins with a short time of worship, followed by a speaker; speakers come from local churches, community groups or charities. A wide variety of topics both entertaining and serious are covered during the year. Of course no meeting would be complete without tea and biscuits and plenty of conversation! A collection is taken to cover expenses.
The Fellowship has its origins in the Women’s Fellowship of Landkey Methodist Church, which was active for many years, with members coming from various church traditions. When the Methodist Church closed in 2008 the Fellowship continued to meet and in recent years the group has widened to include men as well as women.
